Paper title: The Twin Transition: Digitalisation and AI for Real-Time Environmental Decision Intelligence in Circular Construction

Tomo Cerovšek is a Chartered Structural Engineer, Professor at the University of Ljubljana, a Certified BIM Manager by RICS, LEED professional, and a member of Standardisation Commitees at SIST and ISO related to project information management. He also leads a BIM technology transfer and is a founding member and Ljubljana coordinator of the EU BIM A+ Master programme, in partnership with University of Minho. He primarily teaches BIM, digital design, and process modelling. His work focuses on BIM, digital twins, project information management and environmental impact, with extensive experience in strategic digatilisation, BIM implementation and applied research in construction practice.
