Submission

You are invited to submit an abstract describing your latest scientific research or innovative applications in civil engineering related to but not limited to the following research areas:

  • Structural and Civil Engineering,
  • Architecture and Urban Planning,
  • Geodesy and Geoinformatics,
  • Disaster Risk Management and Fire Safety.

The abstract submission deadline is 30 June 2023. You will receive a notification of abstract acceptance by 14 July 2023. In case of the accepted abstract, you are invited to submit a full paper no later than 10 September 2023.

Please submit full paper via EasyChair system.

You can do this by logging in to the Easychair system and under the menu “My submissions” selecting the appropriate submission, and then selecting “Update file” from the menu in the top right.iNDiS2023_template_english

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTERS

The presenters are asked to prepare a max 10-min presentation. During registration for the conference, the presenters will be asked to share their presentation in order to be scheduled according to the conference programme. The presenters can also send their presentation to us via e-mail until the beginning of the Conference.

If you are not able to be present at the event, you can send us a vocal and visual recording of your presentation and we will play it at the scheduled time according to the conference programme.

Please keep in mind that maximum 15 min is available for each presenter, including presenting time and time for questions. Too long presentations will be ended by the session host.
